TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PLATFORM

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT

These Meethealer - Client Focused e-Health Platform and Web/Mobile Applications Software Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions of Use"); Opsis System Yazilimm Ltd Sti. Prepared by (referred to as "MEETHEALER"). These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to MEETHEALER - Client Focused e-Health Platform and Web/Mobile Applications Software (referred to as "Platform" or "Software") and you may use the Platform to receive remote health services, create appointments and/or use the Software. It includes you, the real person(s) who use it to benefit from the contents on (referred to as "MEETHEALER User"). Your use of the Platform and its contents is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. ACCEPTANCE

Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before you start using the Platform. If you do not accept any terms, please terminate your access to the Platform. By downloading or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, unconditionally and without restriction.

Please note that Meethealer does not and will not give any medical advice through the Platform, does not aim to give medical advice, and does not provide guidance or recommendations regarding any diagnosis, prognosis or treatment.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

3.1. People who want to become members of the Platform must submit their personal and other information accurately by approving the relevant Membership Agreement before starting to use the Platform and keep this information up to date after becoming a member.

3.2. Meethealer User; cannot become a member on behalf of someone else, cannot share any data belonging to someone else with the Platform without prior written permission, and cannot share any unlawful data with the Platform under any circumstances.

3.3. The Meethealer User must use the password he/she uses when accessing the Platform and cannot give it to other persons or organizations.

3.4. Meethealer User cannot use slang, insulting, racist, discriminatory, offensive, pornographic, harassing, violent, advertising or promotional content for any product or service, or unlawful expressions on the Platform.

3.5. The Platform cannot be used in any way or under any circumstances to disrupt public order, violate general morality, disturb or harass others, for an unlawful purpose, or infringe on the intellectual and copyright rights of others, and no actions can be taken to prevent or make it difficult for others to use the Platform.

3.6. The thoughts and contents declared, written, uploaded and used by the Meethealer User are entirely their personal views and are binding only on the relevant person. For this reason, MEETHEALER does not have any liability for any damages that third parties may suffer.

3.7. Meethealer User cannot access or use other people's data and information that are not available to them without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely and exclusively to the relevant Meethealer User.

3.8. MEETHEALER, in its sole discretion, refuses to offer, offer or provide any software, software updates, service releases or maintenance services related to the Platform at any time without notice and without liability, including without limitation for any loss of access or use of data. reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or withdraw.

3.9. Providing unrealistic and/or inaccurate information while visiting the Platform and/or becoming a member of the Platform, making statements that will unfairly disparage the Platform, sharing the Platform in any medium with unrealistic statements and/or non-existent features, It is strictly prohibited to modify or modify its contents, partially or fully reproduce, present, store, share or publish it in any medium without permission and use it for commercial purposes in any way.

3.10. Using the Platform for any unlawful, unintended, fraudulent or improper purpose, or allowing any third party to do so, participating in or encouraging any such act, will be in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as revised from time to time. It is prohibited to act in any way or to permit or encourage any third party to do so.

3.11. Meethealer User(s) while using the Platform; It must comply with the relevant contractual provisions, all other current and/or later terms of use of the Platform and the applicable legal legislation, otherwise it is exclusively responsible for all damages that may occur.

3.12. MEETHEALER has the right to block your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions of Use.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. The Platform is the exclusive property of MEETHEALER. Information, texts, pictures, logos, videos, brands, slogans and other signs on the Platform, the design, operation and presentation of the Platform, programs, codes used on the Platform and other things that may be subject to industrial and intellectual property rights, including but not limited to All types are the property of MEETHEALER and/or third parties from which MEETHEALER has received permission or license.

4.2. Modification of the Platform or its contents, partial or complete reproduction, presentation, storage, sharing or publishing in any medium without permission, and use for commercial purposes in any way is prohibited.

4.3. Meethealer user(s) acknowledge that the ideas and their expressions contained on the Platform are both proprietary information and trade secrets of MEETHEALER. Meethealer User shall not cause or permit; (i) modify, adapt, transform, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce the Platform to a human-perceivable form; (ii) disclose, copy, display, lend, publish, transfer (by sale, exchange, gift, operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise disseminate the Platform, in whole or in part, to any third party (third parties who are licensed users not including); and (iii) creating derivative works of the Platform without MEETHEALER's prior written consent.

5. THIRD PARTY WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT

The Platform may contain links to other websites belonging to third parties ("Third Party Websites") or contain other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content"). MEETHEALER is not responsible for the content on the linked websites, Third Party Websites and Third Party Content and has no obligation to control their accuracy, quality or currency. Meethealer Users access this site and content at their own risk.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. MEETHEALER does not make any guarantee or commitment regarding the accuracy, validity and suitability of the information available on the Platform. The Platform and its content are provided "as is", there may be technical errors or other errors or omissions.

6.2. In no event shall MEETHEALER or its respective directors, employees or agents be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data or delay, interruption of service, viruses, deletion of files or electronic communications, omissions or other errors in the content of the Platform. including, without limitation, any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, any breach of warranty or any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property of software, hardware or any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Content of the Platform or services offered on or through linked sites, including any infringement or alleged infringement by their use, whether or not negligent, and the possibility of such damages. is not responsible in any way, whether or not it has been warned about it.

6.3. Meethealer User accepts that they bear all responsibility and risks regarding the use of the Platform.

6.4. MEETHEALER reserves the right to add, delete or make changes to the information on the Platform and the services provided at any time and without prior notice. MEETHEALER is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect claims/damages that may occur as a result of the use of this right.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Terms and Conditions of Use are interpreted and implemented in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Turkey.

7.2. Adana Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively authorized for disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions of Use.

7.3. If a court of competent jurisdiction decides that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use will remain in full force and effect.
